Corrections and editorial
Spotted something inaccurate or out of date, or want to suggest a guide? Email hello@chatyyc.com.
To help us act quickly, please include the page URL, what you believe is incorrect, and — where relevant — a link to an official source confirming the correct information. We review every correction and update the guide’s last-reviewed date when we change it.
Reporting a problem with the assistant
If the AI assistant gave you a wrong or unhelpful answer, the fastest route is the report button attached to each answer in the chat interface. That captures the question and the response automatically, which makes the issue reproducible. You can also use the feedback bar beneath the chat input.

What we cannot help with
We are an independent publication and not a government or emergency service. We cannot submit a 311 request, pay a ticket, resolve a bylaw complaint, or intervene with the City on your behalf. For city services contact 311, and in an emergency contact 911.
